When all Startup procedures have been completed, the User will be given the option to invoke the System Editor - either in Wizard Mode or in Expert Mode.

In Wizard Mode, the Editor will step through editing of Zones, Devices and Links in order. The User can define Zones, if required, automatically detect Insteon devices and set up Links between devices.

Some fields will be set to default values and cannot be modified in Wizard Mode. However, while in Wizard Mode, it is possible to invoke individual functions in Expert Mode in order to modify these fields.

In Expert Mode, the User can select edit functions in any order and can modify all fields. Experienced users are likely to prefer Expert Mode as it offers greater functionality.

Any of the displayed buttons may also be touched or, if a keyboard is present, the corresponding hotkey (underlined) may be pressed. (Uppercase or lowercase, but do not press the Alt Key unless the hotkey is underlined in gray).

The effect of pressing any of the buttons or corresponding hotkeys is as follows:

WIZARD	W	The Wizard Editor mode will be invoked.
EXPERT	E	The Expert Editor mode will be invoked.
SKIP	S	The application will bypass the Editor and proceed to the User Control screen. (Not available if no Devices and no Links defined).
EXIT	Alt / X	The application will terminate.
