HELP page can be viewed at any time by touching the yellow and orange logo
symbol at the top left of the screen. Alternatively, if a keyboard
is present, the F1 key may be pressed. This page may be
closed by touching the red title bar at the top or by pressing the F1
key again. |
| The EXIT button can be
touched at any time to terminate the application. Alternatively, if a keyboard is present, the Alt/X
combination may be pressed. (Note: if any hotkeys are underlined in gray, the
Alt key must be pressed with the hotkey to activate.
If they are underlined in the text color, only the hotkey is required). |

(If a PLC 2414S is being used for the first time, the system will display a message after finding the PLC to request that
the program should be restarted. This is because the system looks for a PLM 2412S first, and needs to unload the
PLM 2412S drivers to preserve memory. This is not important on a PC, but is required to preserve memory on compact devices.
This will only happen on the first time through, or if the controller is subsequently replaced
with a different type of controller).
